The company were looking for blog content that would promote discussion.

The solution

I produced a post based on a Channel 4 documentary that was making waves in the media at the time. The documentary followed a London-based plumbing firm, Pimlico Plumbers, taking the bold step to publish all their employees’ salaries in a bid to promote a fairer workplace. I focused my research on the science behind the experiment to support the company’s position as an authority in the field of Occupational Psychology.
